These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jayabizsupport.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Jayasanka Dissanayake ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Prices shown on the Site (including subscription and package pricing) are indicative and may change at any time. The price that applies to your engagement is the one confirmed in your written proposal or agreement. Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be paused or cancelled in line with the terms communicated at sign-up.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms for any engagement will be set out in your individual agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable for time already elapsed, but you may cancel future billing at any time. Specific refund arrangements, if any, will be those agreed in writing for your engagement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage my services, you agree to provide timely access to the materials, content, and approvals needed to complete the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any content you supply (such as text, images, and logos).

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways, or email providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and I am not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While I aim for accuracy, I do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific business result (such as rankings, traffic, or revenue) will be achieved. Outcomes depend on many factors outside my control.
