FAQ

Questions before we work together.

Will this actually move PageSpeed score?

Yes — measurably. My typical Full Optimization result takes mobile PageSpeed from the 30–45 range into the 75–90 range, and all three Core Web Vitals into "Good". I'll show you previous before/after reports on the discovery call if you want proof.

What about my apps? I need them.

You're always in control. I'll tell you exactly what each app costs you in speed and revenue terms, and recommend which to remove, replace, or defer. You decide. Most stores I work on end up removing 2–4 apps they didn't realize were free-riding.

Do you work on my live theme?

Never. I duplicate your theme, work on the copy, and only publish when you've approved every change. Your live store is always safe.

What if speed drops again after you leave?

Within the first 30 days, any regression caused by my work is fixed free. After that, the report I leave you explains exactly what to watch for and what to avoid — so your next app install doesn't undo everything.

Can I just install a speed app instead?

Honestly? Usually no. Most speed apps either do very little or add their own bloat. They can't remove the real offenders: heavy themes, bad image workflows, render-blocking scripts, and misconfigured apps. If your problem is genuinely trivial, I'll tell you — and won't take the project.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If after the Focused Fix or Full Optimization you don't see a measurable PageSpeed improvement on the pages we agreed to target, I refund the implementation portion. That's almost never happened, but the guarantee is real.
