From Late-Night Freelancer
to Full-Time Mission
Every business I work with has a story worth telling online. Here's mine — and why it matters for yours.
How It Started
It began in 2019 with a laptop, a lot of YouTube tutorials, and a local florist who needed a website but couldn't afford agency prices. I built it for almost nothing — and when she told me her online orders tripled in a month, something clicked.
That first project taught me more than any classroom ever could. I saw first-hand how a well-designed, strategically built digital presence could transform a small business overnight. I was hooked — and I spent the next year taking on every project I could, learning by doing, failing fast, and building expertise that no university course offers.
By 2020 I had ten clients, a clear niche, and an unshakeable belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of digital work as large corporations — without the corporate price tag.
What I Believe
Small businesses are the backbone of every community — the independent cafe, the family-run hardware store, the specialist tradesperson who's been serving their town for decades. They have something large corporations never can: genuine personality, real relationships, and authentic expertise.
What they often lack is the digital presence to show the world how good they are. I believe that's wrong — and fixable. Beautiful, effective design is not a luxury. It's a business tool. And clear, jargon-free communication is not optional — it's how trust gets built.
My work is never about winning design awards. It's about generating enquiries, converting visitors, and making your phone ring. Aesthetics serve results — never the other way around.
How I Work
I keep things simple. Every engagement starts with a real conversation — I ask a lot of questions, listen carefully, and learn your business before I ever open a design tool. Strategy first. Always.
You'll never get radio silence from me. I share progress early and often, explain every decision in plain English, and welcome your feedback at every stage. When I say something will be ready by Thursday, it will be ready by Thursday.
And I don't disappear after launch. I stick around to review results, make improvements, and help you keep growing — because the relationship matters as much as the deliverable.
